This weekend we celebrated Peanut’s first birthday! It is crazy to think about the past year and all that we have gone through as a family. We celebrated with a great weekend full of family, love, and of course cake. 🙂 There were lots of laughs, and plenty of gifts. As parents, it can be hard to decide what to get your kids as gifts. You want something they will enjoy now and something that they will want to keep forever. The Company and Creation Process

Wonderbly is an international online company that creates personalized children’s books! They keep adding new products to the site, and they all look fantastic. There are several customizable options available. It only takes a few minutes to create your one of a kind book.

I created a version of the story “The Birthday Thief” for our son’s birthday!

You start out by inputting the child’s name and selecting a character for his or her story.

Then the book is put together for you so that every page revolves around telling a story just for your little one. 

You can even add a dedication page!

There were options to create a hardcover book or get a special box, but I went with the standard paperback version.

The whole process took me less than 10 minutes and then my book was shipped just a couple of days later.

The Book

I loved our copy of The Little Boy Who Lost His Name, and I was really excited to receive our copy of The Birthday Thief. It is just as bright, beautiful, and fun as the last book that we received.

The child in the story is having a birthday party that mysteriously disappears. He or she then goes on a quest through a magical world in search of the lost birthday! I won’t spoil the story for you, but it is a must-read.
