I love saying a prayer with my son before I lay him down for bed at night. I hold him and sway while he becomes heavier and calmer. We take a minute to be thankful and end our day with God. On the opposite side of the spectrum, he always wakes up so happy and ready to greet the day! I love that as well, and I want to channel that into praise and starting our day with a grateful heart.
